Chief Legal Officer
John Paul is an attorney and litigator based in California. He has extensive experience with the negotiation of complex business transactions, contracts and dispute resolution. He focused on finance and taxation in university, and has applied that knowledge and interest throughout his legal work, assisting businesses of all types with formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and reorganization.
He has a Juris Doctor and International Masters of Business Administration and was recognized in the Super Lawyers Magazine’s ‘The Annual List of the Top Attorneys in San Diego’ for his work in business/corporate law as nominated by his peers
John Paul is currently CLO of Pull Plan and currently handles and advises on the legal issues the company faces on a day-to-day basis.

Ajith Kumar

Ajith has extensive experience in software development and solution implementations for customers globally, specifically focused on web & mobile development. He has developed and implemented applications of all sizes, from feature-rich solutions for small organizations to broad-scale ERP systems for fortune 500 companies.
He has a Masters Degree (M.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering from SRM University. He is also a Microsoft certified professional. Ajith is a subject matter expert in web development with .NET MVC, Android, iOS Swift, Microsoft Azure, SQL and Enterprise Integration tools such as BizTalk.
Ajith is passionate about the role that technology can play in the advancement of industry performance and social causes. He is an active contributor to open-source projects and non-profit organizations.
