Can I evaluate your product for free before purchasing it?

What is a "User"?

 

A User is one person who owns a license of Pull Plan. Users pay a low annual fee to use the application. Users may invite an unlimited number of Collaborators to their projects.

 
Do "Collaborators" need to pay for the application?

 

No. Project Collaborators are invited to a Pull Plan project by a paying User and may participate in a Pull Plan project at no cost to them.

What if I don't like the platform and want a refund?

 

Honestly, we think you'll love it. However, if you don't...no big deal. Simply send us an email at contact@pullplan.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

 
We are using paper and sticky notes for our Pull Plans now, does your app replace that?

 

Nope. 

 

Pull Plan is intended to work in tandem with any manually created task plans and dependencies. We believe there's value in making those commitments in person if possible. We solve the problem of what to do next and how to update those tasks.

 
How secure is my information?

 

At Pull Plan we take the security of our users' information, and any related account information, very seriously. We don't share your contact information with any third-party vendors, period. Additionally, we require that all users log in through our SSL secured login and verification portal. The same security extends to anyone invited to participate in a Pull Plan project and we limit what information is viewable by invited participants and collaborators.

 

Pull Plan uses the latest and highest level of 256-bit encryption, unique logins, and never shares our users' profiles or project information. All project data is backed up on triple redundant servers in secure data centers.  Click here to learn more about our Privacy Policy.

 
Do you guys love hummus as much as I do?

 

That all depends on how much you like hummus...but yeah we are definitely into it.

 

Am I limited to a number of projects in Pull Plan?

 

No way. Though you may be a bit of a workaholic (it's okay, we are too), Pull Plan doesn't limit the number of active projects you can have at one time. To limit the amount of storage space we have to pay for, projects which are inactive for longer than six months will be automatically archived. This doesn't change the way you can get to the file, but just know that it may take a bit longer the first time you are opening a project that has been inactive for this long. Other than that, the sky's the limit!

 
Am I limited to a certain number of Users that I can invite?

 

Nope.

 

Paid subscribers can invite as many project participants as they like. Those using the freebie version are limited to 50 project participants.

We love ideas! In particular, yours. Please feel free to send suggestions for improvements, changes, bugs, fixes or anything else related to our application to contact@pullplan.com. We get back to every message and every user, so it may take a minute for us to respond, but know that we heard you loud and clear!
